NSBA Registration
The Certificate of Registration (formerly called Certificate of Eligibility) is the horse's official NSBA registration.
All horses competing in any NSBA class, (including Dual Approved) are required to be registered with NSBA in the current owner's name. If your horse is registered with any one of the eight alliance breed associations or Jockey Club, simply send in a copy of your horses breed registration papers showing current ownership. Any horse registered with one of NSBA's breed affiliate organizations, recognized equine association (REA), or with a microchip can register with NSBA.
- A registration submitted to NSBA with a pending breed name can email breed papers to the Registration Department once received.
